About RadioGoogoo.ca
RadioGoogoo.ca is an independently owned and operated website that provides news coverage on Aboriginal issues and events in Atlantic Canada.
The staff at RadioGoogoo.ca is dedicated to presenting news in a timely manner that is reflective and relevant to the Aboriginal people belonging to the traditional territory of the Wabanaki Confederacy (Mi’kmaq, Maliseet, Passamaquoddy and Penobscot) as well as the Innu and Inuit of Newfoundland and Labrador. Our coverage includes other Aboriginal groups living in Atlantic Canada such as urban, rural and Metis.
At RadioGoogoo.ca, we want our news coverage to reflect what Aboriginal people are talking about every evening at the dinner table. Out staff is committed to presenting news stories that are original and enterprising. We will not allow outside mainstream media outlets to solely determine for us what is considered news in Aboriginal communities in this region.
RadioGoogoo.ca runs on very little or no money. We receive no funding or grants from government or third-party sources. We totally rely on pure dedication, heart and modest advertising to provide the latest Aboriginal news in Atlantic Canada.
