Photo Slideshow: 2011 Mi’kmaq Treaty Day

More than 500 people gathered in Halifax on Monday to take part in 2011 Mi’kmaq Treaty Day celebrations. This year marked the 25th anniversary of the annual celebrations to mark the signing of the 1752 Treaty between the Mi’kmaq and the British.
