Membertou Chief Terrance Paul, also the co-chair for the Assembly of Nova Scotia Mi’kmaq Chiefs, reads his speech in Province House during 2011 Mi’kmaq Treaty Day celebrations. This year marked the 25th anniversary of Mi’kmaq Treaty Day.
